As a 15 year resident and small business owner in Northbrook, I have built a life centered on family, community, and service. Together with my wife, we have raised two sons, in a village I care deeply about. As the owner of Josh’s Hot Dogs in west Northbrook, I have fostered a welcoming space where kids and parents alike feel at home—building bonds with residents through countless contributions to local schools, law enforcement, and children’s athletics.
As a leader who knows the importance of teamwork, I believe that a leader is only as strong as the team behind them. “We need a team of smart, committed, loyal Northbrookians who all have an equal voice and believe in one another to get things done. I have that team,” and look forward to putting in the work with them.
I have been a dedicated advocate for those in need, volunteering weekly at The Roberti Community House, supporting vulnerable families, and champion causes like the EB Foundation and Empowering Hope to fund critical medical research. When I’m not cheering on my children at games or walking Northbrook’s sidewalks, I’m focused on building an inclusive, transparent community where every resident has a voice.
As Village President, I aim to strengthen Northbrook’s community ties, fostering a true sense of home and belonging for all.

I have lived in Northbrook 34 years. I grew up in District 27 where my parents still reside. And my husband and I are raising our 3 children in District 28, where my two older children go to Greenbriar and my third will go there next year. I have a Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in history. While there, I was the President of the Society for Professional Journalists, sat on the esteemed “Lunch Bunch” a group of select leaders on campus to bridge the gap between students and faculty, and I was proud to deliver the commencement speech for the College of Communications Class of 2006. Upon graduating, I worked in commercial real estate where I helped manage 180,000 sf of class A office space. It is there that I became
well-versed in commercial, industrial, and retail developments. Shortly thereafter, I opened a clothing boutique in Glencoe, Illinois where I was featured in Teen Vogue and other publications for my success in clothing women in Chicago. I also had a successful styling business coincide at the same time. I eventually closed my store and embraced starting a family. While being a multi-tasking parent, I started a company where I focused on corporate event planning, fashion shows, and emceeing charity events which is where I am today. As an entrepreneur and small business owner, I have a special interest in what makes a town great…the people and businesses that comprise it! All of my life’s experiences have lead me to want to take a larger role in our village. I would like to see Northbrook restored to its glory days where we had an even more robust downtown and Northbrook Court was the crown jewel of the Northern suburbs. And as a natural leader and connector, I hope to bridge the gap between the residents of Northbrook and the Village Board. Listening to the residents’ wants and needs for our village will directly determine how I vote and I hope you give me the opportunity to be your voice.
In my free time I like to cook and bake, tend to my vegetable garden, and sing as I’m a former choir girl. Lastly, I’m extremely passionate about supporting and bringing awareness to our local animal shelters. I recently adopted my 8th shelter dog in my lifetime.

I am running for the position of Village Trustee in Northbrook because I believe our community deserves leaders who accurately represent the interests and values of our residents, bring relevant expertise, and are committed to making Northbrook the best it can be. With experience as an active board member of my homeowners association for the past five years and as an attorney specializing in real estate—representing homeowner, condominium, townhouse, and cooperative associations—I have a strong foundation in the unique needs of community governance. I have collaborated with boards to draft, amend, and enforce declarations, bylaws, and regulations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and operational needs within residential communities.
As an attorney, I’ve represented clients ranging from property management companies and property owners to small businesses and associations, helping to set clear goals and navigate complex legal matters effectively, and my experience will allow me to work closely with Northbrook’s legal and administrative teams to achieve similar success, ensuring that community objectives are met responsibly. Additionally, with a minor in business foundations including finance from the Kelley School of Business, I have contributed to budgeting and financial planning efforts for associations, helping to create accurate, sustainable budgets that prioritize long-term financial health.
Growing up in a family rooted in Northbrook’s real estate community has shaped much of my professional perspective. My father developed real estate in Northbrook for over 35 years, and my involvement in his business has given me valuable insights into zoning, city ordinances, property maintenance, vendor negotiations, development, and project management—skills I will bring to Northbrook to support efficient, high-quality community projects.
Personally, Northbrook has always been home. I was born and raised here, attending District 27 and District 225 schools, and I now live here with my wife, Jamie, and our three children. Northbrook means a great deal to me, and I am honored by the opportunity to give back to the village that has been such a central part of my life.
If elected, I promise to listen openly to the ideas, concerns, and suggestions of all Northbrook residents. I am committed to implementing meaningful improvements that respect our budgetary constraints, ensuring transparency in decision-making, and serving as a dedicated, responsive Trustee with a focus on enhancing Northbrook for all who call it home.

As a lifelong resident of Northbrook, I bring deep personal and professional roots gained throughout my years. I attended St. Norbert’s School in my younger years before graduating from Glenbrook North, where I met my future wife Jamie (Field). My wife Jamie is also a lifelong Northbrook resident and works as an Associate General Counsel for the Endeavor Health Care System. Together, we have built and raised our family in the same community we loved growing up in. We have three boys Matthew, Michael & A.J; all of which currently attend Glenbrook North and St. Norbert’s.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University (PA) and have since established a prominent career in construction. As President and owner of William A. Randolph, Inc., I have helped lead our company to become nationally recognized, securing a place in the Engineering News Record’s rankings amongst the Top 400 Contractors based on revenue across the United States.
Over the years, I have been actively involved in various leadership roles, serving as a Trustee for the Chicago Laborers District Council Health & Welfare Fund. I have also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Great Lakes Contractors Association. I have been a respected member of several key industry groups, including AIRE, ICSC, and RCA.
My knowledge and experience have led to making a significant impact on numerous major development projects throughout the U.S., including many in nearby cities such as Wheeling, Schaumburg, Oak Lawn, Vernon Hills, Chicago, Wheaton, Lake Forest, etc. My long-standing relationships with real estate industry veterans provide me with a unique insight that our village board is currently lacking. I would like to bring my forward-thinking experiences in the development industry and help lead Northbrook’s future as we address various development opportunities.
Beyond my professional life, my commitment to Northbrook remains unwavering. I have always considered it my home and I look forward to bringing my experience to the village that has bee
